Star Trek

At it was reported that J. Michael Straczynski (the creater of Babylon 5) has proposed an idea for a Star Trek show to Paramount! I hope that they take him up on it!

Birthday Party

On Saturday evening Michael threw me my first ever surprise party! I was totally surprised and I had a blast! Most of my friends were there and it was really fun. We spent the evening watching a movie, talking and laughing. It was a great party and I really loved it. Thank you Michael and everyone!

D&D Familiar

At the end of the summer we are starting up Michael’s Forgotten Realms Dungeons and Dragons campaign again. Michael has decided that my bard/wizard’s familiar is too pathetic and I should get a new one (she’s a rat, by the way, so pathetic is sort of a given). So he’s said that I can have a dog! Yay! I’m excited! I get a puppy in the game! I like puppies. Michael says that even though it’s automatically a fully trained puppy, if I want to put a hat on it and have it dance I’m going to have to make some kind of roll. I’m a bard! I think that part of my dog’s training could very well have been trained as a performing dog. Anyway, I doubt I’ll ever actually decide to have the dog perform, but I am very happy that I get a dog (at least they *seem* less pathetic).

Origami D&D

I was at Alan’s last night and a really cool website was brought to my attention, so I thought I’d post a link to it here so other people could see it. It’s the website of a guy who does really elaborate origami. The coolest thing though, is that he has a set of D&D monsters! The gallery is very cool and I highly recommend looking at it!
