Gah. I've had some experiences with the phone company recently that put me in the "all of you, die in a fire" mood. Really, the 8th or 9th time you ask me to try the same thing and I tell you it's still not working? I'm going to start to think you don't actually believe I'm doing what you're asking or aren't listening when I tell you the result. I still can't log into their damn website to pay them. (Yes, they didn't resolve a ticket that involved _helping me give them money_. WTF? How can I possibly give them more incentive to fix this?) I haven't found one yet that could recognize my voice well. And most no longer have any way of giving you a real person until they have recognized and confirmed answers to all of their questions, which is just great when it can't understand what you're saying. I've entered complaints about it to companies, but nothing ever changes (unsurprisingly). They don't hear about most of the people who can't get through their tree to a person, so they don't care. They never recognize my voice and it doesn't give me an option to speak with some one. And every minute I get more frustrated! and then it recognizes my voice less and less!
