I got this absolutely adorable doll from momochan's shop at Eden Enchanted. It's Madeline, the little french girl from the story books!
There are three new entries to the Seven Wise Princesses Contest! Check them out on the Contest Page.
I got this cute doll from Candydude's Shop at Eden Enchanted. It is inspired by this nursery rhyme:
Betty Botter bought some butter,
But, she said, the butter's bitter;
If I put it in my batter
It will make my batter bitter,
But a bit of better butter
Will make my batter better.
So she bought a bit of butter
Better than her bitter butter,
And she put it in her batter
And the batter was not bitter.
So 'twas better Betty Botter bought a bit of better butter.
There is a new entry to the Seven Wise Princesses Contest! It's from my friend Eva. She did Princess Durr-Siti, so now there is at least one entry of each princess! All entries can be seen on the Contest Page, so check them out! The contest closes this coming Thursday on March 31.
I decided to make a doll of Teela! It's based on the design of the classic action figure. I like how she turned out, but the staff is still too short! Maybe I'll fix it at some point!
I ordered this adorable doll from Hollay's Shop at Eden Enchanted. I asked for a doll inspired by this nursery rhyme:
Little Polly Flinders
Sat among the cinders,
Warming her pretty little toes;
Her mother came and caught her,
And scolded her little daughter
For spoiling her nice new clothes.
Heather has created another beautiful princess entry for the Seven Wise Princesses Contest! Be sure to check it out! She also sent me this wonderful doll of the bridesmaid dresses for my wedding! I really like it! It has been added to the Gift page.

I decided to make myself a He-Man/She-Ra themed bracelet! It's got their various swords and symbols. I'm relatively pleased with it!

I got this great shop order from Dream_Fox's shop at Eden Enchanted. I asked for a doll inspired by this nursery rhyme and this is the great doll she made for me!
Old Mother Hubbard
Went to the cupboard,
To give her poor dog a bone;
When she came there
The cupboard was bare,
And so the poor dog had none.
She went to the baker's
To buy him some bread;
When she came back
The dog was dead.
She went to the undertaker's
To buy him a coffin;
When she came back
The dog was laughing.
She took a clean dish
To get him some tripe;
When she came back
He was smoking his pipe.
She went to the alehouse
To get him some beer;
When she came back
The dog sat in a chair.
She went to the barber's
To buy him a wig;
When she came back
He was dancing a jig.
She went to the seamstress
To buy him some linen;
When she came back
The dog was spinning.
The dame made a curtsy,
The dog made a bow;
The dame said, "Your servant,"
The dog said, "Bow-wow."

I've been working on this doll for a while. It's me when my headache is bad. And Michael suggested band-aids, so I added those. I think she's cute, but she kinda makes me sad too.
I bought a new stamp from Fractured Fairytales.

I bought these two cute dolls from Kiera's Shop at Eden Enchanted. I asked for a doll of Mary from this nursery rhyme:
Mary, Mary, quite contrary,
How does your garden grow?
With silver bells and cockle shells,
And pretty maids all in a row.
They have been added to the Forum Goodies page.

I bought this cute doll from Tyrana's Shop at Eden Enchanted. I asked for a doll of Goldilocks, however she wanted to depict her. This is the adorable doll she made for me! I love the little bear! She has been added to the Forum Goodies page.
Here are the last two princesses: Yaghma-Naz from China and Durr-Siti from Persia. I really like how both turned out. And now I have all seven princesses!

Today I have several new dolls (I was on a fashion kick today) and some new pixel art! The first two dolls are both Lois Lane wearing two of the many wedding dresses that she has worn in comic books through the years! I like both and think the dolls, particularly the 1960's one (the first one) turned out very well. The third doll is a Chanel dress that I really like. I think it turned out pretty well. The fourth is a fabulous Jill Sander dress that I really really want. It's gorgeous and I really wish I could afford it! I like the doll. It really does resemble the dress. Then there is a doll of a great Missoni dress. I like the blue and gold combination, it looks good. The last fashion doll (I told you I was on a fashion kick tonight) is a great top and skirt from Proenza Schouler. My last doll today is a design that I did for a children's production of Love's Labour's Lost that I costumed a few years ago. It is the princess. Finally I have some pixel art! It's Charlie from Cricket Magazine! Isn't he cute?

I recieved two more entries to the Seven Wise Princesses Contest! Be sure and look at them on the Contest Page!
There are two entries for the Seven Wise Princesses contest from Marie! Check them out on the Contest Page.
Several new dolls today. The first is a dress by Akris. I like the textures on it. The second doll is Azaryun, the Moroccan princess from The Seven Wise Princesses. I really like how she turned out! She's so pretty! The third doll is Ceridwen, a role playing character of mine from a very short-lived Alternity game. I really like her. Her outfit is great. The fourth doll is Jaquenetta from Love's Labours Lost by William Shakespeare. It's a design I created for a children's production of the play a few years ago. The last doll is me! I actually own the cute outfit (I made it myself). I really like how she turned out. It's my first self-portrait doll that has hair that actually resembles mine!

The Famous Lovers contest that I had entered has ended. The award is up on the Awards page and the doll of Natasha and Pierre is now adoptable from the Literary Characters page.
The Shakespeare contest that I was in ended. Desdemona is now adoptable! I didn't win any awards.
The Rose Lady contest also ended. The participation award from that contest is now on the Awards page.
New stuff from Fractured Fairytales! First is a special Beauty and the Beast stamp that I bought. I think it's adorable. The second thing is a sweet little rose under a glass cover that I bought. Both are now on the Forum Goodies! page.

I made this pixel easter egg for a challenge at Fractured Fairytales. Isn't it cute?

I got another entry for the Seven Wise Princesses contest this morning! It's from Hui, who is very talented! Check it Out!
There are two new entries in the Seven Wise Princesses Contest! Check them out!
This doll was made for a base edit challenge at Eden Enchanted. Isn't she cute? She is on the new Random Dolls page.

Two more shop orders! The great trunk is from Grannykare's shop ane the cute portrait doll was what I got when I ordered a mystery box from racerchick's shop. Both have been added to the Forum Goodies! page.

I've entered this cute display doll into a contest at An Enchanted Breeze. The contest asked you to make a doll with clothing from the Spring/Summer collection of XOXO. I liked this vintage-inspired pink suit a lot. I think the doll turned out well!

I finally opened a shop at Eden Enchanted! I'm selling pixel charm bracelets. You can see the charms and bracelets that I've made on my Shop Page. And here you can see my cute banner (bases by Xandorra's Place)!

I ordered these three cute pins from Ichigo777's shop at EE.

I made this cute pixel charm bracelet! I think I'm going to make them for my EE shop when I get to open one!

I decided to make a birthday gift for Alan! I hope that you like it! I think she's cute.

I bought this cute ring from Ashley's shop at Eden Enchanted. I love it!

A few new dolls today! The first is Briar Rose, from the fairy tale "Sleeping Beauty". The second one is another Glinda from The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum. I like her bodice and the stars on her skirt. The third one is Kirsten from Meet Kirsten from the "American Girls Collection". The fourth doll is Olivia from Twelfth Night by William Shakespeare. I was experimenting with a new sitting base. I'm not quite sure about it, but I don't think it's awful. The last two dolls are Zikazi and Zanyana from an African fairy tale called "Makanda Mahlanu". I like how they turned out! The jewelry turned out well.

Three new dolls! The first one is Glinda from The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum. The second is the Wizard's Lovely Lady disguise from the same book. I like how they turned out. The third doll is Goldilocks from "The Three Bears".

Two new dolls! The first is Eilonwy from Lloyd Alexander's Prydain series. The second is Achren from the same series. Both were designed from descriptions in the first book, The Book of Three.

I've entered two of my dolls in a Dress Contest at Eden Enchanted. One of the Good Witches of the North and Sarah from A Little Princess. You can see them on the Contest Entries page.
I earned a stamp at Fractured Fairytales for participating in the Base Edit Challange for March. It has been put on a page called Forum Goodies linked off the Pixel Dollz page.

Four new dolls, all from The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum. The first is Dorothy. The next two are munchkins, aren't they adorable? The last is the Good Witch of the North. I like her a lot. I think the bodice of the dress turned out really well. I'm pleased with these!

This is a doll that was made using a base and lineart from Dolls in Blue. It was made for a contest that asked dollers to use the lineart to make a doll! I like her. I think she's cute.

This is just a little sword that I made for a challenge at Eden Enchanted. I think it's kinda cute.

Today I got an Indian Head Massage (or Ayurvedic Massage). It felt really really good. You sit up in a chair and the person doing it carefully massages your shoulders, neck, head and face in somewhat rythmic almost ritualistic motions. It was really relaxing. My headache is better too (not gone, I would be calling everyone I know and dancing on the moon if that happened, but better). The whole experience was really interesting. I'm going back for another one in a few weeks. I wish I could learn how to do it and teach Michael how so that we could give them to each other frequently. I wonder where you can learn how? I should remember to ask next time.
I made this little doll today for a base edit challenge over at Fractured Fairytales. I think it's cute! It's Beauty from "Beauty and the Beast".

Just one new thing today. It's a cute little pixel picture of Pussywillow, Ladybug's cute little friend from "Cricket" magazine.

I have changed the Doll Awards page to show the doll that earned each award and a link to the site that hosted the contest.
Today I have two new contest entries. This first one is Bridget, who is blind. She is for a contest at Dark Illusions that asked for dolls with the eyes as the focus. It's my first portrait doll and was made on an Eden Enchanted exclusive base.

The second one is Rapunzel from the musical "Into the Woods". It's meant to be her from the second act, after she gets out of the tower and marries the prince. It is for a contest at Childhood Treasures asking for characters from "Into the Woods".

There is a new participation award on the awards page from the Goddess contest. Venus is now adoptable from the Art page.
First I have a new contest entry. She is for a contest held by Nyoko at Eden Enchanted. The contest asked you to create a doll dressed for a tea party. This was my result!

I also have one new doll and a new pixel art piece. The doll is a Dior skirt and jacket from 1947 that I absolutely adore. The pixel art is another bug from "Cricket"! It's Muffin! She was always my most favorite bug! Isn't she adorable?

There is a new page on Pixie Palace! It has my favorite first sentences from books and stories. Check it out! It will get added to as I find more good first sentences.
There is a new award up on the Awards page. It's from the Legs Up! contest at Night Potion Pixels. I didn't win anything. Oh well!
Oh, and the Bride legs are now adoptable from the Fashion page.
A few new dolls. The first is Felicity from the American Girls Collection in her introductory outfit. The second is Miranda from The Tempest by William Shakespeare. The third is a Proenza Schouler dress that I really like. They have great stuff. The last doll is Little Red Riding Hood.
And Cruella de Ville has been entered in a contest at A.F.T.

Cricket and Ladybug! These are two of the buggy hosts from the children's literary magazine "Cricket". I love the magazine and these characters bring back lots and lots of memories! I did these pixel art pictures of them today and am really pleased with them!

I have a new doll that I am really proud of! Her name is Katerina and she is from a Russian folk tale called "Katerina and the Bright Falcon". I think she turned out great. I've entered her in a character contest at Eden Enchanted run by FaerieDust.

I have several new dolls today! The first is Alice from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll. The second is Amneris from the Musical "Aida" wearing her costume from the song "My Strongest Suit". The third is Cruella de Ville from the animated version of "101 Dalmations". The fourth and fifth are both Aunt Em from The Wonderful Wizard of Oz by L. Frank Baum. The sixth is the milkmaid from the fairy tale "The Foolish Milkmaid". The last is another mini Barbie doll.

The "Tinkerbell" contest that I had entered closed. I didn't win anything, but there is now a participation award up on a new Awards Page. Tinkerbell has moved to the Literary Characters page and is now adoptable!
Four new dolls today. The first is Barbara Gordon as Batgirl! I like how the cowl and mask turned out. The second doll is Dorothy in her blue and white gingham dress from W. W. Denslow's illustrations to the first edition of The Wonderful Wizard of Oz. The third doll is Shiela from the old "Dungeons and Dragons" cartoon. She was my favorite character. I think the doll turned out pretty well. I like her boots. The last doll is wearing a Versace evening gown. I think the gown is really interesting, so I wanted to doll it.

There is another entry for the Seven Wise Princesses Contest! Go Check it Out!
Ok, I admit, I was in a very strange mood tonight. I blame the dancing purple dots. Anyway, the first doll is Jasmine. I know, it's weird. I found a picture of a really cute pre-school toy with plastic figures of all the disney princesses dressed up as ballerinas and I just had to doll one of them. Since I already had a doll with Jasmine hair, I did her. I think she's cute. The second one is Pocahontas in a swimsuit. Sort of. It's from a magazine picture. Like I said, weird mood. The last doll is actually one I like a lot. It's an Alexander McQueen dress (why I keep doing McQueen stuff I don't know), but I liked it a lot. I wouldn't wear it, but it's pretty. I like the base a lot. It doesn't force me to make hair, which I'm not very good at. I wasn't up to hair tonight.

My friend Heather made a doll for the Seven Wise Princesses contest! It's really good! Check her out on the Contest Page.
A few new dolls today! The first is Alice from Alice's Adventures in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll. The second is Alice from the 1999 live action movie "Alice's Adventures in Wonderland". The third is Dolly Oblonsky from Anna Karenina by Leo Tolstoy. I love her dress. I really want to do a doll of Kitty, but she has been harder than Anna or Dolly, so it may be a while. The fourth is Princess Furaq of India from The Seven Wise Princesses (see my current contest for more about her or the book). Black is hard for me, but I'm pleased with the result! The fifth is a rather unusual design for Titania from A Midsummer Night's Dream by William Shakespeare that I saw in a drawing. I think it's cute. The last is another mini Barbie doll.

Two entries for the Seven Wise Princesses contest have been posted on the contest page! Check them out!
Several new dolls today! The first is Alice from American McGee's game, but she's awfully cute for the darkness of the game. Oh well. The second is Amneris in her opening costume from the musical "Aida". I love this outfit and an relatively pleased with the doll. The third doll is wearing a gown from the 16th century that might have been worn by a woman in Bologna. I copied it from a very old color plate. The fourth doll is Katy Keene! Katy Keene, the Pin-Up Queen was a character in comics from the company that wrote Archie, but not in Archie's world. She was a fashion model and usually had a paper doll in her magazines. There were lots of contests to get a fashion design published in one of Katy's magazines. Some of the fan designs were pretty good. Anyway, I always loved Katy and so I made this doll of her in one of her swimsuits from a 1950's paper doll of her. I think she turned out pretty well. Then I have a doll of Sarah from the movie "A Kid in King Arthur's Court", which wasn't a very good movie, but had some really pretty costumes. I like her blue dress better, but had more pictures of this one. I like her hair, but not the veil. The last is another mini Barbie doll.
