Even after the twins are born and the story is ostensibly supposed to shift to being about them it is completely focused on Ronald and how perfect he is. It’s really quite annoying. The worst thing, though, is that Dawn seems to have become an idiot for no reason whatsoever. Lilly asked her mother a fairly basic physics question about one of Einstein’s theories (which she wrote her doctoral thesis about because she’s supposed to be a super smart young physicist) and she says “I don’t know dear, ask your father, he’s the smart one in the family.” What the hell? She was smart anyway. Evidently being so close to a Mary-Sue makes you stupid after a while. Too bad, really. She could have been an interesting character. Now she’s just pissing me off.
