The Battle for Aranna: Thoughts
This wasn’t the most understandably told story I’ve ever read, but it could have been worse. I think the biggest problem was that there wasn’t any feeling in it at all. I just couldn’t figure out why I was really supposed to care about anything that happened. It wasn’t always clear what the stakes were for who or why it mattered at any given time! The art was fairly nice, but low on details when it felt like they were supposed to be there. I just wasn’t enormously impressed.
