Tiffany’s Table Manners for Teenagers: Fifth Post (Waiters and Whys)
Most of the meat silverware rules make sense and I like the signals for the waiters about if you are done or not by the placement of your flatware (even if I doubt many waiters know those signals anymore). I also like that the book commented on why fork prongs are curved as it gave the rule that explained it, it was interesting and appreciated!
