Letters from Rapunzel: Fifth Post (Final Thoughts)
This was a really fantastic book. It had a really nice ending. Even though everything pretty much turned out happily none of it felt forced at all. “Rapunzel” (I can’t stop thinking of her that way) was a great character. Right to the end she was written extremely realistically as a gifted kid. I’m so glad Holmes really understood that perspective (and there are other types of gifted kids - but this is one who is sorely underrepresented in literature). I’m extremely glad that I read this book! I hope Holmes keeps writing!
