The Berenstain Bears and the Big Spelling Bee: Thoughts
This is rather more a fable for parents (and perhaps teachers) than kids. I actually very much agree with its lesson, but I’m not sure how effectively it would be taught in this format. It was certainly a cute story, though, and I very much enjoyed it. The cover, however, doesn’t make any sense at all in relation to the story and bugged me a great deal.
