Cowboy and Octopus: Thoughts
This is an extremely silly book, but it’s also an awful lot of fun! The illustrations are simply awesome! They’re sort of collages of stuff - cut out pictures, toys, bits of fabric and seemingly whatever else Smith felt like putting in! I love the paper doll feel of Cowboy and the comic book feel of Octopus! The whole book was just a blast to read. It bounced all over the place, but sometimes that’s a good thing! This is definitely a fun book!
