Romeo and Juliet: First Post (First Impressions)
This is very strange for me, since I know the play so well, but it is interesting. The translation to Yakuza families in modern-day Tokyo seems to be working pretty well. It’s a bit odd that the prince is now a policeman but is still called Prince Escalus (maybe “Prince” is supposed to be his first name?). I’ll probably have more to say when I get further in. So far it’s just… strange.
