The Storyteller: “The True Bride” (1987): Thoughts
This was a great story. I love how the dog participates in the telling of the stories, asking questions and getting wrapped up in what’s happening just like an attentive audience might! The trolls were creepy and the impossible tasks were well done. I found it interesting that the girl did not save her betrothed by herself, but rather his own curiosity about her helped. I’m sad that there are no more episodes of this show! It was such a brilliant show!
